Topic: The correct teacher is the best human of humane.

1. how do We become the correct teacher ?

2. Why should We become the correct teacher?

     Acccording  Sardiman, February 15th 2016 (in google) guru adalah satu komponen manusiawi dalam proses belajar mengajar yang ikut berpengaruh dalam usaha pembentukan sumber daya alam yang potensialdi bidang pembangunan (said that The teacher is a component of humane in teaching learning process that contribute for resulting a human resource that full of potential in building field).

Based on a component of humane in teaching learning process prove that teacher must become correct teacher.

How do we become the correct teacher ?. It can be

 seen that the teacher can take the correct actions in teaching learning process for example: 1.by using greetings 2. Motivation 3. Applying 5 M in curriculum 2013, 4. Doing all actions Full of consistant, comitment, confidence, credible, honesty (it called 4CH) 5. Never give up.

We said that the correct teacher is the best human

 of humane because the teacher not only science resources but also the teacher is foundation for country. from all of it we can apply as this below: 


  1. Do you know why the correct teacher must be saying greetings when in teaching learning process? We know the greetings is an expression which show the teacher and students have some response to each others. We can practise these greetings include introduction by self because without greetings as same as human without clothes. So the correct teacher who can saying greetings for all of their students not only in teaching learning process but also in daily activity to prove that the correct teacher is the best human of humane

  2. Motivation is part of a daily needs in our life . It gives us big influences especially for our students in teaching learning process. Students need motivate as support which the teacher is doing their function as the correct teacher is the best human of humane. You know that without motivation as same as a person who eat without drink. Nowdays We know that many teacher is tired by their students with all behaviour and attitude of students in the classroom but how we make them enjoyable, save and to feel full of love when we teach them. Many things that sometime students make the teacher angry and badmood so that the teacher to curse their student by profanity (dirty words) direrctly, so it make student scared and nervous. Remember that students 

  3. Applying 5M in curriculum 20013 . The teacher teach subject matter suitable based on competency

  4. To apply 4CH (doing all actions as consistent, comitment, confident, credible, ) : the teacher must be keep 4CH so that the students get more experience which function for all in teaching learning process.

  5. Never give up for teaching in learning process beause only a  teacher is beautiful wife in the world because Beautiful in deep heart to teach their students full of patient without complain but always find the best problem solving for all actions to their students. 

   

Become the correct teacher not only transfer knowledge but also to train some character all pupils more qualify and how the students get a lot of qualify full of professionally suitable with interest and their skill so students not only given some subject matter but also to hold your students full of love by using a few attention as same as they need. I think our students for nowdays they need many attention about something which they keep all of the problem in their deep hearth. Sometimes we don’t realize that they seldom get attention from their family so that they will show a bad attitude or strange of behaviour in the classroom. In this problem, we should really know that the correct teacher not only focus their material but also he/she focus to learn each  the character for students. The teacher must become freindship for them so that the students feel enjoyable in our learning process. 

The correct teacher must be think about increasing

language competence for each students so they have to prepare lesson plan before teaching in clasroom, they have to up grade new material evey year for students. The teacher must become profesional teacher not only as teacher for student but also make a good relationship to each other.
